Things to Know Before You Go for a Helicopter Ride In Mumbai

  • Participants are prohibited from carrying any sharp objects, lighters, luggage bags, alcoholic beverages, knives, etc.

  • Passengers are requested to arrive 45 minutes before departure time
  • Passengers must carry a photo ID to enter the airport/port (international passengers must carry a passport).
  • Parking is not available at the airport/port. It is your responsibility to ensure that the car park closes 45 minutes before departure.
  • If passengers arrive late, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund/transfer will be possible.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions, the helicopter flight will be rescheduled and not cancelled.
  • Passengers arriving without original photo ID (international passengers must carry their passport) will be treated as a no-show and no refunds/transfers are possible.
  • Passengers will be denied boarding if they are under the influence of alcohol or any sedative or armed with any weapon. In the case of booking alcoholic beverages to be used on yachts/berths, the customer must obtain written permission from the service provider and the relevant government authority.
  • Passengers will be denied boarding if the vehicle is found to violate Port/Airport/Government guidelines.
  • Photography/videography outside the aircraft or on board the aircraft may only be carried out with the prior permission of the crew. Clicking images/taking videos of other operators’ aircraft is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offence under applicable law.
  • All foreign nationals must provide their passport and visa details upon arrival and entry.
